Pillar Capital Real Estate’s President and Co-Founder, Jonathan Ng, along with Angela Cheung and together are combining over 40 years experience in the real estate industry. The Pillar Capital Real Estate team has produced over $1.2B in sales to date, specializing in investment acquisition, management, development, and sales.

Pillar Capital’s San Francisco-based Property Management Division provides rental and management services for over 200+ of our client’s properties from the San Francisco Bay Area to Boston. Projects include full service real estate leasing and assets management with gross rent volumes exceeding $4 Million annually.

Leading the property management division, Jonathan provides his clients extensive and diverse experience from selling 100+ investment property transactions, $250M+ in real estate development marketing and sales, and the completion of 300+ rental leases.

With his team of experienced and talented licensed agents, accountants, and, coordinators, he utilizes an established and growing network of partners and resources to effectively and consistently provide the highest quality investment return for his clients and investors for over 200 investment properties.
